Great weekend at The Long Road Festival!

What a great weekend we had!  We went up to Newark for a wonderful sold-out gig at 'Not My Monkey' (thank-you so much to everyone who came along!) on Saturday, in between spending the rest of the weekend at The Long Road Festival.

It was great to see so much homegrown talent over the weekend - too many to mention, but we managed to catch the fabulous Kezia Gill, Robbie Cavanagh, Luke Flear, Katy Hurt, Two Ways Home and Emilia Quinn.

One of our favourite sets of the weekend came from the luminous Halle Kearns on the Rhinestone Stage - she's just as lovely off-stage as she is on (as you can see, Geoff was lucky enough to catch up with Halle and her husband Kelly in the queue for coffee!)!

And, finally, words can't quite express just how much we love these gorgeous bracelets, made exclusively for us by the talented Neil Rutter of Bro Kin Strings Jewellery. We gave Neil the strings that Geoff used when we played The Icon Stage at C2C Country to Country festival and he created these beautiful pieces of jewellery - we are overwhelmed.
