Due to the extension of the lockdown restrictions, sadly EastFest 2021 has had to be postponed from 10 July to Saturday 18 September 2021.

Geoff and Victoria will still be appearing with Other Commitments on that date, to pay tribute to Richard East and help raise money for a wonderful charity.

EastFest is raising money for Zero Suicide Alliance and raising awareness of mental health and suicide.

The second EastFest Rock Festival will take place on Saturday 18 September 2021 in the grounds of the Coach House Hotel, Flint Cross, near Royston Herts, SG8 7PN. Other Commitments will take to the stage around 8pm.

EastFest 2021 follows the original 2019 EastFest staged in memory of Cambridgeshire rocker Rich East who tragically took his own life following illness and depression in 2018. A true rock aficionado and great musician, Rich was a devoted family man and well known throughout the rock scene. The regional rock community are coming together once again to celebrate Rich’s life in style and at high volume.

All proceeds from the festival will be donated to the Zero Suicide Alliance. The ZSA is a national charity established following the tragic suicide of Cambridgeshire lad, Ed Mallen in 2015. The charity is focused on destroying the stigma associated with mental illness, preventing suicide and alleviating the suffering of all those experiencing psychological trauma.
